In our experience we have found that there sometimes can be different expectations between children and their parents over the tuition offered in tennis schools, for example over how the racket is handled and used-It is a very common situation for the child to attend the school with the latest model of racket, keen to use it, only to find that the teacher prefers to use more basic training models to start the development of the basic tennis strokes.

Training rackets are designed to develop the swing and different tennis strokes and we strongly recommend their use.

Later once the child´s swing is developed better rackets can be introduced to enhance their perfomance.-In our tennis school the child learns how to move better around the court.

In time as the player develops, stroke techniques and new shots are introduced and practised.
